Kapoor really shines in scenes where he is alone but dramtic moments with heroine don't work out so much. Lots of things which would look good on a script but don't quite work because acting is slightly off, heroine is also kind of replaying her role from her movie with Ranveer Singh, it could have worked out if director had taken a tighter control of actors. Lots of hit and miss moments, their recreation of tere mere honton pay, song from Chandni was a bitter sweet moment, brilliant original song, hero was this heros father, which made it funny, but recent tragic death of Sridevi also made it sad.
